Iran plans to vaccinate 1.3 million people before March 20.

According to data from the Health Ministry, Iran recorded more than 1.5 million HIV infections and 58,883 deaths, while the 74 deaths announced today, Saturday, are the lowest in eight months.

In December, Iran began clinical trials of the first of three local candidate vaccines.
