(STL-11-01) as soon as possible, “Noting that” the legal representatives of the people affected, on April 22, requested an explanation from the Chamber of First Instance regarding the date and the manner of public pronouncement of the ruling. ”

He noted that “the Chamber of First Instance had presented a notification, on March 5, that it would issue its ruling in the case of Ayyash and others at a public session to be held in mid-May 2020.”

Commenting on the decision, former deputy Faris Saeed said in a tweet to his account via “Twitter” that “the Special Tribunal for Lebanon has postponed announcing its ruling in the case of the murder of the martyr Prime Minister Rafik Hariri to Corona cause. “

He stressed that “this postponement does not change anything, and we will wait because we pay the court for blood, tears and money.”
