And the German Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, that “Germany may impose restrictions on flights from the United Kingdom and South Africa, in which a new strain of the Corona virus was also discovered.”
Spain demanded, before the action of some of its partners in the European Union, the European Commission and the European Council, a coordinated response to face the new situation.
“Austria also intends to ban flights with Great Britain,” the Austrian news agency APA was quoted as saying by the Health Ministry.
And British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Saturday that “the new strain of the virus has caused a sharp increase in the number of infected people.”
