Contradictions about Hariri’s visit to Aoun: positive or negative atmosphere?

Yesterday Prime Minister Designate Saad Hariri visited President Michel Aoun. Here are two accounts of what happened during the meeting: on the one hand, Aounist sources indicate that the meeting was characterized by negativity, related to Hariri’s insistence on raising the roof of his conditions and his insistence on appointing Christian ministers, in addition of his withdrawal from the agreement regarding the appointment of the fasters, specifically the President of the Republic, the Minister of the Interior. The same applies to the ministries of communications and energy. This contributed to the fact that the presidential palace did not issue any statement on the meeting, noting that the advisor to French President Patrick Dorrell arrives tomorrow in Beirut, delegate of French President Emmanuel Macron, as part of the reactivation of the Elysee initiative, while the Hariri’s atmosphere undermines the fasting narrative and confirms a super positive attitude in consultations. The government that took place yesterday between him and Aoun. In fact, it revealed that the President of the Republic gave Hariri the names of two candidates for the Ministry of the Interior and two other candidates for the Ministry of Defense. As a result, things are progressing “in an excellent way and it is assumed that they will soon reach their happy ends.”
