This includes the following areas: from the south of the Camille Chamoun Sports City stadium to the perimeter of the airport in the west and east (to the old Sidon road) and from the main airport road, specifically the neighborhoods. :
Burj Al-Barajneh, Chiyah (south of Bir Hassan and west of the old Sidon Road), Al Dahiya, Ghobeiry, Haret Hreik, Al Laylaki, Al Marija, Al Ruwais, the main road leading to the airport and the airport itself are excluded from these instructions.

He also asked to avoid unnecessary trips to the Tariq al-Jadida and Bir Hassan neighborhoods in the southern suburbs of Beirut, due to the unexpected security situation.

And he asked to avoid unnecessary travel to the following parts of northern Lebanon, due to the unforeseen security situation: the northern governorate includes Akkar district, Miniyeh district, from Tripoli to Mariata north of Tripoli-Denniyeh highway to the borders of the Minya-Denniyeh district, the cities of Mariata and Majdaliya.
