Brasilia: Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro renewed on Sunday his opposition to the imposition of stone measures in front of thousands of protesters who support him in the capital, Brasilia, and this occurred with a large increase in the number of cases of Covid- 19 in the country.
“The destruction of jobs by some rulers is irresponsible and unacceptable. We will pay a high price in the future,” Bolsonaro said during his speech, which was broadcast directly to Facebook.

Sunday’s protest in Brasilia gathered a more intense crowd in recent weeks, during which banners were raised against Speaker of Parliament Rodrigo Maya and former Justice Minister Sergio Moro, whose resignation sparked controversy last week.

“The people are with us and the army is in accordance with the law, order, freedom and democracy,” added Bolsonaro.
