Jill Biden (69 years old), wife of Joe Biden, the first lady of America, will be the second lady of the United States between 2009 and 2017 during the administration of former President Barack Obama.
Jill, an American teacher, was born in Hammonton, New Jersey, in 1951 and raised in Willow Grove, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Jill married Joe Biden in 1977 and became a stepmother to their two youngest children from their first marriage, Beau and Hunter, whose mother and little sister died in a car accident in 1972. In 1981, Joe and Jill Biden had their only daughter, Ashley.
Jill Biden has a BA from the University of Delaware, two MA from West Chester University and Villanova University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware.
She taught Jill English in high school for 13 years, and between 1993 and 2008 she taught and wrote English at Delaware Technical & Community College.
Since 2009, Jill has worked as an English teacher at Northern Virginia Community College and is believed to be the first second woman in the United States to work for a salary while her husband is vice president.
As for his son, Beau Biden, a former Delaware attorney general, Joe Biden’s eldest son, was an officer in the United States Army and a member of the Democratic Party.
Beau Biden was born on February 3, 1969 and died on May 30, 2015 of brain cancer at the age of 46. And he had two children.
Hunter Biden, born February 4, 1970, is 50 years old, an American lawyer, businessman, born in Wilmington, Delaware, and a member of the Democratic Party. Hunter was educated at Georgetown University and taught at Yale Law School.
And Joe Biden, a daughter, Ashley Biden, 39, was born on June 8, 1981 in Wilmington, Delaware, and is an activist and businesswoman.
She was executive director of the Delaware Center for Justice from 2014 to 2019. She founded the fashion company Livelyhood. She is Biden’s only daughter from his second wife, Jill Biden.
