The Department of Al-Majdal Al-Kataebi commemorated the anniversary of the martyrs of the department at a mass that was celebrated in the Church Square of Mar Saba, in the presence of the Vice President of the Party of the Phalanges, Dr. Salim Al-Sayegh, Dr. Faris Saeed, the President of the Jubail Kataeb Rostam Souaibi Party, the Mayor of the Al-Farid Department, the Head of the Municipality of Al-Asa, the Chief Mayor of Asa, the Chief Mayor of Asa, the Chief of Mayor of Asa. The Custodian of the Parish, Father Joseph El-Khoury, presided over the liturgy and highlighted in his sermon the importance of our commitment to our daily life with the motto of the Phalanges Party, “God, the nation and the family.” He also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Majdal section, who sacrificed their lives for the good of Lebanon.
After mass, wreaths of flowers were placed in the memorial to the martyrs of the oath and the flame was lit, confirming the continuation of the struggle that all those who preceded us had started.
After the mass, Eli Asaker, head of the Majdal department, gave a speech, who highlighted the importance of commemorating this memory despite all the circumstances in which we live. Let us remember our colleagues who defended and resisted to keep these mountains free.
Asaker considered that this mass became an annual stage in which we renew loyalty and commitment: loyalty to the march, sacrifices and blood of all the comrades who preceded us, and the phalanxic commitment that our comrades lived and through it defended Lebanon that they dreamed of building.
He also addressed the martyr Secretary General Nizar Najarian, affirming his loyalty to him and continuing the fight to achieve all the goals he wanted to achieve, saying: “As you were trusted in us on earth, you will be faithful to comrades, to the party and to Lebanon from the sky ”.
He also addressed the department’s martyrs and comrades, saying: “Be proud that they are the children of this school, who have never entered Lebanon with lost adventures, false bets and murderous illusions. They are proud that today’s party, led by our President Sami Gemayel, is the spearhead in the defense of Lebanon, and for the values, principles and ethics that resemble us. .
Then the head of the Jbeil region, the Kataeb, Rustum Souaibi spoke, sending greetings to Al-Majdal, the castle of steadfastness, dignity, masculinity and struggle, and to the Majdal section, which is always active for the good of the city. and the game. He addressed the martyrs of Al-Majdal, “You who fought and thanks to you won our survival, and we remember you today with the glorified and martyr Father Nizar Najarian.” He continued, considering that the fate of the Falanges party is to march in an endless convoy of martyrs, this is the amount of sacrifice for which the Falanges themselves promised.
And Souaibi went on to ask: “Don’t we have the right to ask who led us to our death at the gates of hunger, destitution and migration?”
He concluded by highlighting that the battalions adhere to their convictions and principles, since we are a people who have organized ourselves to serve, and if our judgment is based on our values. Lebanon and the Kataeb are twins, parties that have come and gone, parties on the brink of extinction, and the Kataeb, which remain because it is a message embodied in a party.
Then there was a speech by the Deputy Chief of Brigades, Dr. Salim Al-Sayegh, who emphasized that all of us have been entrusted with the trust that our martyrs left us, to determine the difference between good and evil.
Yesterday the head of a religious party appeared to us, declaring that there is no neutrality between good and evil. Today, based on the argument, we ask that there be a jargon in a village in Lebanon that defines truth and falsehood and sends delegates to represent it, leading a real agency of people instead of representatives who call for righteousness and loudly for the change, and they do not offer to cut the umbilical cord with the corruption system, so they lost legitimacy and validity of representation.
And Dr. Al-Sayegh added: “We love freedom and we will not accept that neither the party nor the arms put us in a big prison. Freeing the land is not enough if this land becomes a human prison. We want to be a people. free in a free land, and today our people are not free. “
Al-Sayegh praised the Patriarch’s call for the liberation of the Lebanese, stressing that this is the right for us, the right is the independence that our army protects and not the militias that wage wars in Arab countries where we have nothing to do with their projects, and we will not accept that these projects are not covered by either Parliament or the government. There is also no president of the republic.
Al-Sayegh believed that without Beirut today and without the return of our people to it, there is no greater Lebanon, and that those in power today are traffickers of people and peoples who led us to seek help while before we helped the whole world. They kill society, and today we accuse them of cutting off their livelihood and their throats, and political talk no longer helps them, nor does it turn them around. Therefore, today we are in the brigades. Our accounts are not the same as everyone else’s, so what would the shares and seats benefit from if we lost Lebanon? Our stories are in the homeland and the dreams of our youth. Our stories are the stories of the martyrs who gave their all without an account. They are the stories of each family where the oppressed father could not educate his children and the troubled mother about the destiny of her heart.
Sayegh addressed Mr. Hassan Nasrallah and said: “We are the ones who do not accept the neutrality between good and evil. His confiscation of the Lebanese decision and his involvement in the countries of the region and his invocation of the wrath of the world Whole against Lebanon and its isolation, and its coverage of the corruption that bankrupted the Lebanese, and its inability to hand over Hariri’s killer, not the martyr, is Rafik. Neutrality towards him. ” He continued his call for Hezbollah to hand over the weapons and hand them over to the Lebanese army, because there is no other option, not a unified Lebanon, not a national pact, not an entity with weapons.
Al-Sayegh stressed that everyone should know that the truth is Lebanon, the free, independent and empty is the illegal weapon. And he called on everyone to listen carefully to the words of Patriarch Al-Rai and support him because he raises his voice like his great predecessors.
He went to the government system assuring them that they are in the open and that they must comply with the road map drawn up by the rebels, starting with an emergency government that includes independent elements, preparing for early parliamentary elections and carrying out the urgent reforms needed. He also assured everyone that the alternative is being prepared and includes energies that they have the ability to achieve, and that they have a large number of Arab and international friendships who will not be satisfied that Lebanon continues as it is today.
Al-Sayegh emphasized: “We will not leave our land and we will not migrate. Rather, we are attached to Lebanon. We will not despair or give up, and I invite everyone to solidarity, boldness, love and faith to change the whole reality. we live in. “
He concluded by addressing the people of Al-Majdal: “This is the city that we all visit, from it and its people we get strength and morale. In it we feel that we are in the heart of the mountain and in the heart of civilization I wish to spread the spirit that you have in all Lebanese villages. I promise you again, as our martyr Nazo promised, to raise both flags. ” The Lebanese will be near the House of the Kataeb in Majdal, so in every village there will be a house of love and patriotism.
