Representative Jamil Al-Sayed commented on the words of the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, saying: “President Aoun is a summary of what he said: (I can do nothing but advice, and there is no helplessness or power except With God)!”.

He noted that “originally the Taif Accord turned the leadership in the Cabinet of Ministers into a society, that is, a state with several bosses and without a boss!”

He added: “Imagine your body with several heads, and each head of a Bedouin walking around his body according to his own taste, what will happen ?! As in the case of Mustafa Adib, lost between heads.”

President Aoun said during a press conference held today at the Presidential Palace: “Today we are facing a crisis of government formation, it was not supposed to happen because the quotas awaiting Lebanon do not allow any minute to be wasted, and with the hardening of positions, no solution appears on the horizon soon because all the solutions often proposed and defeated. “

He added: “We have proposed logical and intermediate solutions to form a government, but they have not been accepted by both parties. Returning to the constitutional texts and respecting them continues to be the solution in which there is neither winner nor loser.”

He noted that “four visits to the designated President, and he could not provide us with any conception, composition or distribution of bags or names, and the contract was not dissolved.”
