1- Egypt

Egypt has recorded the highest number of deaths from the emerging corona virus in Arab countries so far, which is 544 deaths out of 10,093 cases, which is one of the highest death rates in the world.

In Egypt, 2,262 people have recovered in a country of more than 100 million people.

2- Algeria

The second country with the highest number of deaths was Algeria, which counted 515 deaths out of 6067 injuries registered by the country, of which 2998 people recovered, in a country with a population of approximately 42 million people.

3- Saudi Arabia

In third place was Saudi Arabia, where 264 people died, and it is the most Arab country that registered infections with the emerging corona virus, where it reached 42,925 recovered cases, including 15,257 people, in a country with a population of approximately 3.7 million people.

4- Emirates

The fourth Arab country in terms of the number of deaths is the UAE, where 203 deaths were recovered from 1966 wounded, including 6012 people, in a country with a population of 9.6 million people.

5- Morocco

And in fifth place was Morocco, which counted 188 deaths from 6,466 HIV infections, of which 3,099 recovered, in a country with a population of 36 million.

6- Iraq

And Iraq ranked sixth in terms of number of deaths, reaching 112 deaths out of 2,913 wounded, of whom 1903 recovered, in the country of 38.4 million people.

7- Sudan

Although Sudan is relatively modern in the coronavirus case registry, it recorded 80 deaths with complications from Covid-19 disease, and the injuries reached 1661, of which only 173 people recovered, in a country with a population of 41.8 million .

8- Kuwait

Kuwait has counted 75 deaths from 10,277 cases of the virus, including 3,101 people recovering in a country of 4.1 million people.

9- Tunisia

Tunisia ranked ninth in the Arab world in terms of number of deaths, reaching 45 deaths out of 1,032 HIV cases, and 740 people recovering. Tunisia has a population of 11.5 million.

10- Oman

Oman has recorded 17 deaths from the Corona virus of 4,019 infections and 1,289 people recovered in the country from approximately 4.8 million people.

11- Qatar

Despite the large number of infections in the country, which amounted to 26,539 cases of emerging coronavirus in a country with a population of 2.7 million, Qatar has only registered 14 deaths, and is one of the lowest death rates in the world in terms of the number of infections that recovered 3,143 people.

12-Yemen

Yemen began registering infections in Coruña late as it registered the first case of Covid-19 in the Hadramawt Governorate in the south of the country on April 10.
