Second: The referred day laborers are entitled to the fees owed to them for their work, as of 7-7-2020, which is the date on which they start working again according to the decision of the Governor No. 1 of North Lebanon, then of a pause of more than 7 months due to the vacancy and dissolution of the aforementioned municipality, knowing that the decision to return them to work was the first decision made by the governor at noon after he assumed the direction of the municipality’s business.

Third: The decisions regarding all these quotas mentioned above have been signed and issued by the governor and are in the process of ratification in accordance with the following:

– The decisions of months 11 and 12 of 2019 have been sent to the Ministry of the Interior and Municipalities in order to obtain the necessary approval of the decisions to pay these fees after they are duly presented with the approval of the Legislative Commission and of Query.
– The decision related to the payment of the fees corresponding to the month 8/2020 is currently presented in the Financial Controller’s visa, and the governor signed it the day before sending it to the Controller.
