Third: The decisions regarding all these quotas mentioned above have been signed and issued by the governor and are in the process of ratification in accordance with the following:

– The decisions of months 11 and 12 of 2019 have been sent to the Ministry of the Interior and Municipalities in order to obtain the necessary approval of the decisions to pay these fees after they are duly presented with the approval of the Legislative Commission and of Query.
