And it was around the twelve-fifteen day of the morning meeting of the Ministerial Committee, which was devoted to discussing the Corona outbreak and how to limit it.

After the ministerial meeting, the last security officer was held in Serail, attended by the heads of the agencies to discuss the same file, that is, the measures to combat the Crown, and the disposition of the devices to follow the pace of the entire closing process. It was reported that during the meeting they spoke of strict measures for a period of 4 weeks, ranging from full to partial closure.

Diab emphasized that “confronting Corona cannot be applied with theoretical measures and procedures only in the street, and we can close the country and we can impose a curfew, but we cannot persecute all people.”

He said: “We are in a different position. In the beginning, there was harmony between the State’s measures and the response of citizens to the measures, but today the situation is completely different.”

He pointed out that “there is no vacant family in a series of intensive care rooms, so we are facing a very difficult situation and we need exceptional and strict measures and a strict implementation of the measures”, highlighting that “facing this epidemic requires a community conscience that interacts and responds to the measures and procedures “.
