He addressed the president of the Republic and the head of the interim government, asking: “Is it reasonable for the minister to contravene the cabinet’s decision?” This reminds us of the behavior of the Minister of Economy when he lifted the subsidies for some goods in contravention of the cabinet decision, calling the head of the interim government. The businessman Hassan Diab announced his position on this issue, noting that “the land transport sector has its position, and a minister has no right to violate the decision of the Council of Ministers.”

Talis wanted Diab to freeze Fahmi’s decision based on the cabinet decision, and called on citizens to “not go to the mechanical inspection, knowing that we had previously requested the cancellation of the mechanical inspection, which violates the law and extorts money from workers and it is an illegal company. “
