Regarding this incident, the forensic doctor revealed the girl, as it was found that her hymen had been broken for some time and not recently, since the mother was summoned, who confirmed that the father had been harassing his daughter for years, and the last time he penetrated her while she was bathing.
The file was transferred to the competent Judicial Power, while the minor was deposited in one of the associations that deal with minors’ affairs.
