A glimmer of hope on the way to solving the mystery of the missing Malaysian plane

Aviation experts investigating the Malaysian plane that disappeared in 2014 suggested they had been able to pinpoint where it crashed, necessitating resumption of ocean searches, they said.

According to the British newspaper “Mirror”, investigators believe that flight “MH 370” had flown 2700 miles from Indonesia and then crashed in the southern Indian Ocean near the coordinates “S34.2342” and “E93.7875” .

Victor Yanilo, an aviation expert who assisted Australian officials in an earlier search, said the missing airliner was highly likely to be within 100 nautical miles of the last point identified.

After its accident on March 8, 2014, various parts of the Malaysian plane floated off the coast of the western Indian Ocean, over a period of years, but did not help discover the flight’s destination.

The Malaysian plane, a “B777-200ER”, was carrying 239 passengers on a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, then disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

No definitive clarification or data was provided on the fate of the plane, which has become one of the most prominent mysteries of mysterious plane crashes.

One of the possibilities that the experts strongly suggested was that the plane crash was caused mainly by the suicide of the pilot or his co-pilot.

It’s worth noting that the second search for the plane was completed in the spring of 2018.
