President of the Turkish Presidency:

The legitimacy of many international organizations and institutions is at stake.
The effectiveness of the “World Health” and “Islamic Cooperation” organizations will be questioned.
The areas of biosecurity, cybersecurity and food security will take a large part in the country’s research.
We have made the basic needs of our citizens a priority and the surplus that we have shared with others.
The decision to impose a curfew in the days of Eid al-Fitr has yet to be decided, and the matter is linked to pandemic data in the next three weeks, and will be approved by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan based on the recommendations of the Scientific Council.

Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Qalan said that a fundamental change in the world order will take place at various levels, in light of the spread of the Corunna virus.

This came in an interview with local “Channel 24” on Saturday about the impact of the epidemic on the world, and Turkey’s procedural, medical and humanitarian role in fighting it.

They said: “The legality of many international organizations and institutions is at stake.”

He added: “You will be asked about the effectiveness of the World Health Organization at this stage, as well as about the case of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, because it did not show sufficient leadership in this period.”

It also shed light on scathing criticism of the structure of the European Union, either towards what it did, or in the face of helplessness in the face of the spread of the virus in its countries.

They said that 3 sectors will acquire great importance at the current stage, which are “biological security represented by products, weapons, drugs, biotechnology and biological medication methods”, “cyber security” and “food security”.

He emphasized that these sectors “will participate to a large extent in the investments in research and development of the countries.”

Regarding the efforts made by Turkey in the fight against Corona, they said: “We see the conditions that countries larger than us reached with the economy and military power. These conditions gave us the opportunity to see what we can do with the available capabilities in our hands. “

And he added: “We have made the basic needs of citizens a priority for us at this stage, and the surplus we share with others, we have not strayed from this principle.”

He added: “In the next stage, we will continue to strengthen Turkey’s infrastructure in several areas, mainly agriculture, food, biological and cyber security.”

They said that factors played a role in Turkey’s success in fighting the Corona virus, compared to one country, namely: the youth life expectancy of the Turkish people, a strong infrastructure in the medical field, the first precautions taken and high coordination between government agencies and institutions.

The presidential spokesman also announced that President Erdogan will participate in the meeting to be held next week to establish a fund to develop a vaccine against Corona, sponsored by the European Union, and stressed that Ankara will contribute to this fund.

In response to a question related to the imposition of a curfew in the days of Eid al-Fitr, they said that this matter has not yet been decided and that it is linked to pandemic data in the next three weeks, and will be approved by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan based on the recommendations of the Scientific Council.

They hoped that in recent days Erdogan would provide good news for those over 65 who are prohibited from roaming outside their homes, allowing them to do so at certain times and days.

Data announced daily by the Turkish Ministry of Health shows a decrease in injuries and deaths in the country compared to an increase in recovery cases recorded in recent days, as Saturday’s numbers show a decrease in the number of daily injuries to less than two thousand cases for the first time in a month.

On Saturday 1983, Turkey recorded a crown case, compared to recovery of 4,451 deaths and 78 deaths.
