On the other hand, and in the Qatari capital, Doha, the Lebanese U-17 team lost to their Qatari counterpart 1-3 in a friendly at the Aspire Stadium. The team’s only goal was scored by Oscar Ghantous in the 55th minute, while Abdulaziz Al-Nuaimi (15), Mubarak Shannan (39) and Ahmed Al-Rawi (81) scored for the Qatar national team.
The Lebanese team will play its second friendly match with the Qatar team on Sunday, November 15.
