A dead man screams during embalming … and comes back to life!

In a bizarre “terrifying” incident in the country of Kenya, a man declared his death as he rose while a team worked on his embalming at the morgue.

As quoted by “Sky News”, according to Kenyan media, Peter Keegan, 32, died last Tuesday, after being transferred to the “Kapcate” hospital in Kericho, after losing consciousness at his home.

After announcing his death, Keegan was taken to the morgue for a mummification procedure on his body, but the surprise was that the dead screamed in pain during an incision in his right leg.

The local newspaper “The Standard” quoted Keegan’s brother as having stomach problems, and he was taken to hospital after fainting, where the medical team informed him of his death even before he reached the scene.

After morgue workers discovered that Keegan had not died, he was immediately transferred to the intensive care unit to receive necessary first aid, according to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”.

Keegan, who is still receiving treatment at the hospital, told the media: “I am very happy to be alive. It was a strange experience,” which local media described as terrifying.
