He explained that “the Saudis have shown their true tolerance and their rejection of these ideas, which were alien to them, which have covered the cloak of religion and will never allow it to exist again among them.”
The Saudi crown prince indicated that hate speech “is the main motivation for the recruitment of extremists and that includes hate speech that uses freedom of expression and human rights as justification. This type of speech attracts hate speech against extremists and, of course, is rejected. Mohammed bin Salman concluded by saying: “Our work today has become preventive and we will continue to attack with an iron hand all those who try to damage our security and stability.”
