According to those accompanying the tour, Councilor Dorrell expressed his dissatisfaction with the way the French initiative was handled as if it had ended, surprising the unjustified delay in the file of the formation of the government that would be based to start the implementation of the reforms and obtain international support, and urged the parties involved to accelerate the composition before the end of the month.
