Nasrallah stressed that the negotiations are intended to demarcate the borders only, and not for any other introduction, which must be indirect and purely technical.

Nasrallah stressed that “we have full confidence in the management of Lebanese President Michel Aoun for the border demarcation file.”
Nasrallah noted that there was a point of disagreement with President Aoun about the members of the delegation, as we wanted it to be limited to the military, but the experience of civilians in the delegation was used, and the statement from Hezbollah and the Amal movement protected the negotiating delegation.
He said that the Lebanese delegation is not in a position of weakness, we have rights, we are strong and we must obtain our rights with dignity.
On Wednesday, the Lebanese and Israeli parties held the fourth round of indirect negotiations on the demarcation of maritime borders, at the United Nations headquarters in Ras al-Naqoura, in the presence of a representative from Washington.
The Lebanese News Agency indicated that the Lebanese delegation presented at the negotiating table documents, documents and maps that prove Lebanon’s right to the borders of its marine waters, in accordance with the recognized law of the sea, and adhering to its right since its marine area of 1,430 square kilometers.
