– P. P. (Born 1997, Lebanese), and has a criminal record of robbery cases.
On 03/11/2020, after a close monitoring and control process, a force from the Information Division carried out a search of the murderer’s whereabouts, being able to arrest him and control the clothes he was wearing when the crime occurred. With his interrogation he confessed to having carried out the homicide for the purpose of robbery, when he entered the victim’s place of residence on 10/28/2020 under the pretext of repairing faults from his balcony because he was working as a sanitary technician and making repairs in the building, and tricked him into leaving the house by hiding inside. As his stay was prolonged, he decided to come out of hiding, violently hit the victim with an iron, then stole his cell phone, which he sold for an amount of 80,000 Lebanese pounds. The criminal instrument was seized within the victim’s apartment. The legal requirement was fulfilled in its right, and the competent authority was deposited on the basis of the judicial reference.
