Major US media announced on Saturday that Democratic candidate Joe Biden had won the US presidential election.

And the media referred to “celebratory chants in front of the White House by Biden supporters following the announcement of his victory.”

The Edison Research Center and several major television networks said: “Democratic candidate Joe Biden won the US presidential election.”

According to the Edison Research Center, Biden, 77, became the oldest president-elect of the United States after Trump failed to expand his popular base behind white rural voters and working-class people.

The Associated Press reported that Biden received 284 votes to 214 votes for US President Donald Trump.

He thanked Biden in his first statement after announcing his victory to the American people in his election and said: “I am honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country. That you put on me ”.

For his part, Trump announced that “the elections have not yet been decided and on Monday we will present a case in court,” and said that “Biden is in a hurry to falsely announce his victory.”
