Today, the Kremlin denounced a report published in the British newspaper “The Sun”, which claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin may have Parkinson’s disease (Parkinson) and will resign early next year, describing what was mentioned in the newspaper as ” incorrect”.
“The Sun” attributed its report to Professor Valery Solove, a Russian political expert, who told a Moscow radio station a few days ago that Putin “is under pressure from those around him to resign due to concerns about his health.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the press report, which was based on Solovi’s claims and reported by other British newspapers, was false.
“This is nonsense. Everything is fine for the president,” he added.
The spokesman responded negatively when asked if Putin intends to resign in the near future, Solovey said.
