US President Donald Trump said the nation is at a crossroads as Election Day approaches.
On Saturday, Trump was speaking near the site where George Washington set up his headquarters before crossing the Delaware River.
Trump added that this election is likely to be a very important event as well.
And the US president added that “this state will save the American dream” in three days. I expected to win in Pennsylvania.
Trump, who narrowly won in Pennsylvania in 2016, is hosting four events across the state on Saturday, with the goal of keeping her on his side. Without this mandate, his path to 270 electoral votes will be much more difficult.
Trump narrowly lost Pax County, in suburban Philadelphia, in 2016.
At the very least, he hopes to keep the margins of his Democratic rival Joe Biden down in that part of the state while scoring in more rural areas.
Biden is fighting his former boss on the campaign for the first time with two events at Michigan.
On Saturday, former President Barack Obama will join Biden in two demonstrations in Flint and Detroit.
While Obama has been active in Biden’s campaign in recent weeks, this will mark the first day of their campaign together.
And Michigan remains an important target for Biden as he seeks to rebuild the “Blue Wall,” states traditionally settled in favor of the Democrats, for the “rust belt” states, a term given to the region on both sides of the upper northeast of the United States, including Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, which used to be previously pro-Obama but won for Trump in 2016.
