The Houthi group “Ansar Allah” announced today, Saturday, that it has launched drone strikes against two civilian airports and an air base in Saudi Arabia.

The group’s forces spokesman Yahya Saree said on his Twitter account that the group had carried out three strikes with three Qasef 2K drones. The Jizan and Abha airports and the Khamis Mushait base were attacked (referring to the King Khalid air base).

He added that “the wound was precise”, and stressed that these attacks occurred “in response to the crimes of aggression and their continuous siege of the great Yemeni people.

The tweet coincided with the announcement by the Arab coalition that a drone launched by the Houthis towards the Kingdom had been destroyed, in the third attack in less than two days.
