According to the Observatory, the raid targeted “a meeting that included leaders of the Al-Sham Liberation Headquarters with other jihadists on a farm in the village of Jakara.”
The observatory indicated that the meeting was part of a dinner that included the leaders, one of whom was previously in the ranks of ISIS.
