I live in the pain of the people and I understand their resentment, but the truth is that I must remember that some of those who ruled Lebanon for decades, and who are still in person or because of their approach, raised pompous slogans that were left without any content, and they were like anesthetic promises of which the Lebanese people did not see any qualitative achievement to add On their present and future, joy.
The reform remained a mere slogan that officials and politicians repeat while they completely contradict it, asking for it and without undertaking a significant reform, but rather asserting their authoritarian and personal interests with skill and dedication, until we reached the point that corruption became a Organized institutional corruption, par excellence, rooted in our authorities, institutions and administrations.
When I was still deported to France, the slogan of reform sounded in Lebanon, and I did not see it when I returned any trace of any kind, so I carried out the change and reform project in an attempt to save the country from the clutches. of factional, personal and authoritarian interests that brought us all to where we are today. .
When I carried out the project of change and reform in an attempt to save the Homeland, those affected erected barricades in my face, and the pages of the written media and positions in all the media still bear witness to the systematic determination of these people of not allowing me to undertake any reform project simply because of my conviction and focus.
Today I ask: What is the social condition of our people in the absence of the comprehensive system of social protection, known as security in old age, on which I wrote a bill, upon my return from deportation, and has not yet found its path to recognition?
Where is the wide medical, therapeutic and hospital offer for our people, whose conditions were reduced by neglecting the implementation of an effective social policy against the betrayal of time? Where are we in terms of eliminating subsidies on our vital materials, most of which we import, and not just controlling the benefit of our people? Where is the economy after its profits consumed the savings of the Lebanese people and reaped their lives, while we were and continue to call for a productive economy? Where is the economic plan and who did not implement it? Where is the Public Investment Program (CIP) and who kept it on paper? Where are the sectoral development plans prepared by CEDRE and who did not implement them? Where is the electrical plan that has been sleeping in the drawers since 2010, and no approval or implementation framework has been set for it, despite our insistence on it so that the Lebanese are not prisoners of darkness and the cost of the multiple sources of energy reached? Where is the dam’s plan to accumulate Lebanon’s natural wealth, water, originating from the depths of our land and going in vain from our rivers to our sea?
In the early days of my era, exploration and exploration decrees woke up in our sea after a deep sleep, and gas is a natural wealth of its size and has saving effects for our deteriorating economic conditions, while skepticism it still prevails among those who promote pessimism among some who run public affairs.
Where are the rest of the reform projects? Where are the 47 articles that were presented to the heads of all the blocs and parties in a collective meeting in the Baabda Palace, and most of them were approved, but nothing has been implemented? Why was it avoided to assume responsibilities and approve reform projects? And for the benefit of this inaction? Is it possible to fix what has been corrupted by adopting the same policies? Where are the proposals for legislative reform on the recovery of stolen funds and the automatic investigation of the financial responsibility of those in charge of a public service and the special court of financial crimes? Where do we come from the waste of public money and the loss of accounts in the Ministry of Finance and the projects to cut accounts? Where do we come from the Relief Commission, the Council for Development and Reconstruction, the Fund for Displaced Persons, the South Fund and the unproductive public institutions, which we undertake to abolish in order to end the severe financial hemorrhage in them and its consequences? Where did we come from the initiative to rescue what happened to us, be it economic, social, monetary, financial or in terms of rebuilding Beirut due to the tragic explosion of the port? Where do we come from the aid programs, the French economic rescue initiative, the talks with the International Monetary Fund and the contributions of the International Support Group in the rescue operation? Where does the judiciary come from the power of the powerful?
The silence of any official, and his lack of cooperation with the forensic audit exhibit, indicate that he is a partner in waste and corruption.

I spoke my word and I will not walk, but I will continue to swear and promise, and I hope you will think carefully about the effects of the mandate on authorship and on reform projects and international rescue initiatives, because the current deteriorating situation cannot continue after today, accumulating and accumulating burdens on the shoulders of citizens.
I will continue to assume my responsibilities in commissioning and writing, and in every constitutional position and position, and in front of all those who prevent our people from reforming and building the state … !!
