Where is the electrical plan that has been sleeping in the drawers since 2010, and has no approval or implementation framework been set for it despite our insistence on it so that the Lebanese are not prisoners of the darkness and the cost of the multiple energy sources achieved? Where is the dam’s plan to accumulate Lebanon’s natural wealth, water, originating from the depths of our land and going in vain from our rivers to our sea?
