Clarification of the Syrian Nationalist Party

Al-Akhbar published (10 October 2020) a report entitled: “A shock to the national …”, which included accusations and slander against party leaders who were and continue to be the core of the party’s revival project, your approach to conflict and your choice of resistance. And because what is expressed in the report constitutes a deliberate abuse of the party and a distortion of its image and its march of struggle, baptized with the blood of martyrs, the mayor of media is interested in clarifying the following:

First: The report, subject to response and signed by “Al-Akhbar”, we believe is separate from the “Al-Akhbar” school, which is fighting its media battles armed with proven facts and facts, not with hoaxes and Slander the report’s author followed when he accused the party’s Supreme Council member, Representative Asaad Hardan, of claiming His party is before the Lebanese judiciary, and this did not happen at all, according to the confession of the same writer who returned and used a misleading phrase: “Hardan and through former officials close to him”! This indicates a direct attack on the party and on MP Hardan as one of the most prominent leaders who led the party in the stages of conflict more than three decades ago.
Second: What we know is that “Al-Akhbar” has his political, courage and professional tie, and he has not previously hidden attributes from those who have the ability. However, the author of the report broke the rule and gave up the official status of deputy head of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, which is constitutionally based on the tasks of the party’s leadership, Wael Al-Hasania, and described it. With the “former vice president of the party” and as “director of Hardan’s electoral campaign in the last elections”, noting that Al-Hassania, from his position at the head of the executive branch, was responsible for the completion of the elections, and is not a candidate or an interfering in the electoral process.
Third: if the author of the report referred to internal party issues, and his accusatory correction to certain party leaderships, it is a distortion of the image of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, and the reality of social nationalists based on the unity of spirit and approach, and this is an unjustified goal and only serves the interests of the enemies of the party and the nation.
Fourth: The mayor of the media, who chose not to address the internal affairs of the party in the media, is interested in claiming that the party is a party of institutions, and institutions are guarantors of the rights of nationalists and guarantee for the continuity of the party in the march of its national struggle and the achievement of its noble goal.
