In this context, the movement reaffirms its position of principle that every sect, component or political group has the right to obtain any ministerial portfolio without acknowledging the existence of fundamentally unconstitutional obstacles.
3- In the context of giving priority to the reformist and legislative path, the Commission calls on the parliamentary blocs to unify efforts and intensify their work to pass reform laws, among which the following stand out:
Judicial independence, control of financial transfers abroad and public contracting.
In addition to anti-corruption laws, the most important are: recovery of stolen money, disclosure of accounts and properties and the Financial Crimes Court.
