The Turkish president’s attack on his French counterpart comes in the context of the latter’s statements. Macron presented a plan to fight “extremist Islam”, which would include the drafting of a French bill, emphasizing that the state will strengthen supervision of associations, ban homeschooling except for health reasons, and train magnets working in France.
