He added: “Later, Judge Aoun put her hand on the file in contravention of the law and established rules, so what was the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities in the provisional government, Muhammad Fahmy, except that the director general, Hoda Salloum and five employees, refused to attend Judge Aoun’s Department and sent a written letter to the attorney general? ” Consequently, he rejected the presence of the general manager and the employees in front of her, because the file is being investigated by the Public Finance Ministry, this letter has been reported to Judge Aoun.

It noted that, “despite the fact that the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities did not agree to go to her department for the investigation, Judge Aoun proceeded to file search and investigation complaints in violation of the law against the general manager and the five employees, knowing that they were not notified in accordance with the rules. “

He emphasized that “this matter violates the simplest legal norms, especially the provisions of the Personnel Law and the Law of Criminal Procedure.”

Daher also noted that “the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities in the interim government, Muhammad Fahmy, sent a letter to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Cassation requesting that the search and investigation reports be lifted and that the travel ban decisions be withdrawn because they violated the law and were taken despite their disagreement with the presence of Hoda Salloum and the five employees of the Aoun Department before the judge. Currently, I await the decision of the Public Ministry.
