The Azerbaijani presidency indicated that French President Emmanuel Macron invited his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, to hold peace talks with Armenia on the military confrontation between the two countries in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, while the latter accused Armenia of authorize negotiations.
