Lebanon responded to the Israeli delegate to the Human Rights Council in Geneva: The occupying power establishes itself as judicial authority

The following statement was issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates:

“The permanent mission of Lebanon to the United Nations and international organizations in Geneva, within the framework of the public debate sessions held at the 45th session of the Human Rights Council, resorted to making use of its right to respond to the manifested in the intervention of the Israeli enemy delegated to the usual when there is an attack on Lebanon and His right to resist.

The mission representative delivered a response statement at the end of the session at noon on Monday, September 28, once the list of speakers had been finalized according to the established rules.

The mission statement said: Lebanon has the right to respond to the delegate of the occupying power, armed with the most powerful types of weapons and possessing a nuclear arsenal that threatens its neighbors, and with a history of serious rights violations. human rights and committing international crimes in Lebanon and other Arab lands it occupied, and which they are not. It is imperative that the international community one day fulfill its duty to prosecute the perpetrators, considering that they are crimes without a statute of limitations. Today we are on the 38th anniversary of the Sabra and Shatila massacre, one of the most heinous crimes against humanity of modern times.

Lebanon asserts its right to resist in order to liberate its land and defend its sovereignty through constitutional institutions that express the will of the Lebanese people, of which the Lebanese Hezbollah is an integral part of the resistance movement.

As Lebanon affirms its commitment to Resolution 1701 and does everything necessary to facilitate the fulfillment of UNIFIL’s mission, it reminds the international community that the occupying power does not respect its obligations under this resolution and continues to attack Lebanese sovereignty. , and their fighter jets violate our airspace and use it to attack Syria and its people.

The curious thing is that the occupying power is taking hold of the Lebanese judicial authority regarding the issue of the port explosion, which has not been completed after investigations into its causes, and the premise of the action planned from outside cannot be ruled out. , and in this case this force will be in the center of the circle of accusation.

In conclusion, Madam President, Lebanon is more aware of its interests, and by virtue of which it does not need any advice from its enemy, may God suffice for us with this advice. “
