A Swiss police report, obtained by France Presse, confirmed that the doubts are rooted in Blatter’s mistreatment and dishonesty about a controversial television broadcast rights agreement with the Caribbean Football Confederation.

The police report noted that the judiciary’s suspicions regarding Blatter’s signature are not in favor of “FIFA”, with the Caribbean Union, led by Trinidad and Tobago, who is arrested for life by the International Federation, and who is accused by the American judiciary.
