The Saudi king, Salman bin Abdulaziz, launched a strong attack against the Lebanese Hezbollah, pointing out that everything that is happening in Lebanon is a consequence of the dominance of this Iranian terrorist to make decisions in the country by force of arms, asking for his dismissal.
This came during a recording prior to the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, in which Hezbollah was blamed for the devastating explosion that rocked the port of Beirut in early August, and the party was asked to disarm to achieve security and stability in Lebanon.
The Saudi monarch believed that the actions and actions of this party led to the breakdown of the institutions of the constitutional state, and that achieving the security, stability and prosperity to which the brother Lebanese people aspire requires disarming this terrorist party, according to the agency “SPA”.
During his speech, King Salman announced that the Kingdom supports the Lebanese people, who are facing a humanitarian catastrophe as a result of the Beirut port explosion, and emphasized that the explosion occurs as a result of Hezbollah’s dominance in the decision of the country.
The Saudi monarch stated at the beginning of his speech that his country, since the establishment of the United Nations General Assembly, has been at the forefront of countries seeking to achieve international peace and security, and has always worked and continues to do efforts to mediate and reach peaceful solutions to disputes, trying to avoid them and supporting security and stability, growth and prosperity. Noting that the Middle East region has suffered, and continues to suffer, from significant political and security challenges that threaten the security of its people and the stability of its countries.
