The interim government’s economy minister, Raoul Nehme, held a joint press conference with the World Food Program and thanked the program for the donation it provided to Lebanon.
Nehme revealed that the donation consists of 12,000 tons of flour, saying: To ensure that the donation reaches the Lebanese, we have issued the decision to raise the weight of the bundle of bread from 900 grams to one kilo for a period of 62 days, starting Monday, and we issued a circular regulating the mechanism for distributing flour to the ovens.
