Will the temperature rise again?

The Department of Meteorology of the Civil Aviation Administration predicts that on Sunday the weather will be partially cloudy, sometimes cloudy, with a slight additional drop in temperatures, as they return to their seasonal rhythms with the appearance of dense fog in the heights. It says in the following brochure:

General situation: A typical and humid summer climate dominates the eastern Mediterranean basin until Tuesday, when it is relatively hot.
The average mean temperature for the month of September on the coast: from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius in the shade.

Expected weather in Lebanon: Today Saturday: little or partly cloudy, with a significant decrease in temperatures in the mountainous and inland regions and stability on the coast. Fog forms high up and it is possible for it to rain, especially indoors, during the morning period.

Sunday: Partly cloudy at times cloudy with a slight additional drop in temperatures, as they return to their seasonal levels with the appearance of dense fog in the mountains.

Monday: mild to partially cloudy, with no change in temperatures on the coast, and slight elevation in the interior and in the mountains, and mist forms in the heights.

Tuesday: Low clouds in general, with a significant increase in temperatures, especially in mountainous and interior regions, where seasonal levels are higher. The winds sometimes rise and we warn of the risk of fires in wooded areas.
