By the way, the Union decided to announce the names of the bankers approved by the Banque du Liban in a visible place in their companies to guide citizens in an easier way.
The Lebanese Association of Parents of Students in Foreign Universities highlighted in a statement that “what was said by the vice president of the Changers’ Union, Mahmoud Halawi, in one of the programs televised today, that the transfers in dollars have been made in a standing for students since issuance of BDL circular is inaccurate, and may be Mr. Halawi and his colleagues applied the circular to a small number of students to convey their commitment to BDL circular. The association, which includes some 900 tutors of Lebanese students in foreign universities, announced that in the coming days it would collect documents from the students’ parents to meet the requirements.
