Al-Mashat explained: “There should be nothing impossible in front of us, and that we think about those alternatives and develop the role of society, and that there is no excuse for anyone to apologize and say that I cannot and cannot do anything.” .

He continued: “The matter needs intention, seriousness and will, in addition to diligence and persistence, and community participation,” adding: “The role of society will be a substitute for many capacities that the government cannot provide.”
