Recently there have been several car thefts: “Hyundai I 10”, “Kia Picanto” and “H1” van, in the Bekaa Governorate.
As a result, the International Offenses against Theft Office in the Judicial Police Unit intensified its operational procedures, and as a result of extensive investigations and investigations, came to know the identity of the mastermind of these operations.
On 8/5/2020, in the town of Al-Dalhamiyya – Zahleh, the officers of this office managed to arrest him, and called him:

On interrogation, he confessed that he stole 14 cars of the aforementioned types from various regions in western and central Bekaa, and that they were sold and emptied to Syria.
He admitted transporting 30 stolen cars from the Beirut and Mount Lebanon governorates to Syria through the city of Al-Qasr in favor of the car theft gangs.
He was also found to be one of the precedents, and is required to prosecute 8 criminal prosecutions for the crime of car theft.
The investigation is under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and work continues to arrest the others involved.
