Al-Ra’i indicated that “choosing the system of neutrality is to preserve the state of Lebanon in its current entity, which is based on belonging to it through citizenship and not religion, and its characteristic of cultural and religious pluralism, openness to all countries and not alignment ”, highlighting that“ the call to support Lebanon’s neutrality seeks to give it a stable constitutional character after receiving it. He mentioned it in various forms and expressions in the document that establishes Lebanon, in the declaration of the government of independence, and in the declarations of each successive government, until the declaration of Baabda in 2012, and we are with the International Conference to Save Lebanon and we demand it because all other solutions reached a dead end and we could not reach an agreement between ourselves. Al-Ra’i affirmed that “we request an international conference because all the proposals were rejected until the State falls and the reins of power are taken, and we are facing a coup situation in every sense of the word in all and various spheres of Public opinion”. Al-Rahi stated: “We want the international conference to provide support for the Lebanese army to be the sole defender of Lebanon and capable of preparing the military capabilities of the people through a legitimate defense system that adheres to the decision of war and peace”. and we want the international conference to work out a rapid implementation plan to prevent the resettlement of the Palestinians. “Return displaced Syrians to their homes, and we do not want armies and camps, or damage the entity of Lebanon, because it is not subject to review , Lebanon’s borders are not subject to amendment, its Christian-Islamic enterprise is untouchable, its democracy is irrevocable, its role is non-disruptive, and its identity cannot be falsified.

He explained that “any development of the Lebanese system should not be at the expense of what was agreed upon since the establishment of the state of Lebanon, and development does not mean canceling the constitutional charters, but rather clarifying what is ambiguous with them in order to integrate the constitutional powers. , and it does not mean erasing the past but strengthening the constants, and it is our right to live life. “Generous in our homeland, we were born to live on the meadows of permanent peace not on permanent battlefields, and all the problems of the peoples have been solved through dialogue, negotiation and peaceful relations “, noting that” all we propose today is to renew our free, sovereign and independent existence, which is to revive the deranged and confiscated Lebanese state. “liberated the land, So let’s free the state from everything that hinders its authority and performance, because the greatness of the liberation and resistance movements in the world is pour into the umbrella of the state and its legitimacy and the greatness of the state to serve its people, then where are we and our state of this greatness?
