Flagrante delicto … arrest of drug promoters in Tabarja and seizure of a quantity of drugs

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following communication:

بتاريخ 02.08.2021, وبعد عملية رصد وتعقب, أوقفت قوة من مفرزة البحث والتدخل في وحدة الشرطة القضائية, مروجي مخدرات, بالجرم المشهود, أثناء قيامهما بترويج المخدرات على متن سيارة نوع “كيا بيكانتو” في محلة طبرجا, وهما كل من:

HS (Born 1989, Lebanese)
METER. NORTH. (Born 1975, Syrian)
وَضَبَطَت بِحَوزَتِهِما كمَيَّة مِن المَادَ المُخَدِّرَة المُعَدَّة للتَّرويَّج و ، هِي عِبَارَة عَن:

610 g. Cocaine packaged in 118 plastic bottles.
207 sachets containing cocaine of 468 grams.
13 sachets with kef weighing 127 g.
An amount of 2,577,000 LBP.
The two detainees with the seizures were deposited in the Central Narcotics Control Office, to expand the investigation with them, in accordance with the instructions of the competent Judicial Power.
