And the Lebanese media reported that Tabet had died of complications from being infected with the Coronavirus, and in recent years he had also suffered from chronic lung and kidney diseases, according to those close to him.
Tabet, who was originally a barber, participated in a large number of dramas and films, and his career marked the character of the villain and the bully.
He has more than two thousand television episodes in his story, many of which were imprinted in Lebanese artistic memory, including “Berber Agha, teacher and teacher, and Ibrahim Effendi” in the eighties of the last century.
Tabet also participated in several films, including “For those who sing love and the incredulous”, and with his voice he dubbed animation programs and foreign series.
Union work enjoyed a fundamental aspect of a march, as he held the presidency of the Syndicate of Representatives of Theater, Film, Radio and Television in Lebanon for years.
The Screen Actors Guild called out the late actor in a statement saying: “For the Arab and Lebanese people and all artists, the representative who passed away at the age of 90 spent in union work at the Screen Actors Guild and fought his entire life. life to obtain the rights of the actor “.
The Syndicate added that Lebanon is losing a television star who imprinted Lebanon TV’s golden stage.
