The “European Union” also imposed sanctions on Nader Qali, in January last year, along with 10 Syrian businessmen and five entities.
Qalai remained at Syriatel as a partner and CEO until 2006, and after leaving it, he became a partner in “Byblos” Bank Syria, as well as being one of the founders of Cham Holding Company.
