Today Wednesday, January 27, 2021, the Corona virus continued, breaking its daily death figures, with 76 victims and 3,906 new infections registered. Therefore, the cumulative number of injuries increased to 289,660. As for the total number of deaths due to virus infection, it reached 2,553 cases. The positive test rate is currently 23.5%, compared to the overall average for the past two weeks of 22.7%. The number of injuries and deaths and their rates indicate the difficult health situation in Lebanon, and this is also confirmed by the hospitalization figures.
