Do the security forces have the right to attack a lawyer and a journalist, regardless of the reasons and details of the problem, without any rights?
Do the security forces have the right to continue their assault by beating the lawyer again inside the police station, in front of the investigator?
Did the judge in charge of the investigations comply with the principles stipulated in article 79 of the Law that regulates the Legal Profession and other legal texts and the principles stipulated in the circulars issued by the discriminatory Public Ministry related to the mechanisms of hearing of the lawyers?!
Does a judge have the right to order the arrest of a lawyer, contrary to the established rules, as a consequence of arbitrary detention and detention at liberty?
