Lebanese “Hezbollah” Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah said Iran was providing unconditional support to the resistance in Lebanon to defend its lands and sovereignty.

Nasrallah emphasized in a speech delivered today, Saturday, on the first anniversary of the assassination of the commander of the Iranian Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Iraqi People’s Mobilization Authority, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, that Iran “supported Lebanon. and helped him free his land. “

He added: The resistance is the only body capable of protecting Lebanon’s oil wealth, thanks to its weapons, Iranian and Syrian support, and it is one of the most independent resistances in history.

Nasrallah accused the Lebanese media of misrepresenting the statements of the Air Force commander in the Revolutionary Guard, Ali Haji Zadeh, on Lebanon and Gaza.

He said: “Iran delivered missiles to Gaza and Lebanon for the people of Gaza to defend Gaza and the people of Lebanon from Lebanon, but you are forged and weak to the point of not making sure and adding to the words of any Iranian official to open a media front “.

He added that Tehran supplies arms to the resistance factions in the region “to defend its people and not to defend Iran … We in Lebanon cannot equate those who supported us with position, money and weapons. , who were with us and were martyred with us, and those who conspired against us or who supported the Israeli enemy. “

He added that the assassinations of Soleimani and Al-Muhandis “put US forces on the path out of Iraq,” and emphasized that “just retribution for the assassins of Soleimani and Al-Muhandis” represents the responsibility of “all the free and partners “of the world, mainly Iranians and Iraqis.

He continued: “I tell the Americans, the Israelis and those on their axis: when they kill us, our people become more aware, and when they kill our leaders, they become more stubborn and hardened and stand up for the truth.”

He also criticized the decision of some countries to include “Hezbollah” on the terrorism list, expressing his conviction that this psychological measure is aimed at “scaring the Lebanese”.

He confirmed that he will deliver a new speech shortly, in which he will delve into the Lebanese internal agenda, especially the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association file, which was recently violated, noting that information has been received that the United States paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to television channels in exchange for reporting on this association.
