The Syrian Observatory indicated a few days ago that the issue of the presence of mercenaries from pro-Ankara factions in Libya is returning to the fore, especially in light of the suspension of the file by the Turkish government, which converted the fighters in mercenaries and sent them there, despite the Libyan-Libyan agreement, as the return. Fighters from factions from Libya to Syria have been suspended for 43 days.

It should be noted that the number of recruits who moved to Libyan lands so far reached about 18,000 “mercenaries” of Syrian nationality, including 350 children under the age of 18, and about 10,750 of the mercenaries from pro-Turkish factions returned. to Syria, after they terminated their contracts and assumed their financial quotas, while the number of jihadists who arrived in Libya reached 10,000, of which 2,500 were Tunisian citizens.

The death toll of mercenaries from Syrian factions loyal to Ankara in Libya is also reported to have risen to 496.
